The old type of vacuum fixing plate is the use of aluminum plate and stainless steel plate slots or holes to absorb processing materials. However, this method will cause the processed material to sink into the slot and lose the adsorption accuracy. In this case, we have developed new porous ceramics whose pore sizes can be made in the range of less than 1 micron to several hundred microns. Air is drawn out through tiny pores, and the processed material is pressed against the ceramic surface. to realize the vacuum fixation.

The vacuuming interfaces can also be set independently. In processing, as long as according to the shape and size of the processed material, to select the corresponding vacuum connector. regardless of how shape of the processed material, it can be adsorbed. (Please note that the size of the processed object must be larger than the adsorption part, otherwise it will not absorb)

· The adsorption surface material is porous ceramic, which realizes high precision automatic cutting.

· Whether the adsorbed material is magnetic or non-magnetic, it can be stably absorbed.

· The uniform suction of the adsorption surface can be used to fix very thin processing object, such as thin films.

· The adsorption force can be adjusted with the vacuum valve.
